The information systems and software used for this website may acquire Personal Data, the transmission of which is implicit when using Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not gathered in association with identified Users, but which, by way of its nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, may enable the identification of Users. Means of Processing

The Data Controller shall process the Personal Data of Users implementing all suitable security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, amendment or destruction of Personal Data. The processing will take place through digital and/or electronic instruments, with organisational procedures and logics strictly correlated with the specified purposes. The Data Controller, and in some cases, authorised categories of persons assigned with the organisation of the website (such as administrative personnel or systems administrators) or external subjects (such as third-party providers of technical services, hosting, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the Data. If necessary, they can be appointed as Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of Processors can be requested at any time from the Data Controller.

The Data shall be held for the time needed for the performance of the service requested by Users, or required by the purposes described herein. Users may at any time ask for the interruption of Processing or the cancellation of Data.

Legal Defence

Users’ Personal Data can be used by the Data Controller for defence purposes during a trial, or in the stages leading to it, from any abuse concerning it or any related services by the User. Users state they are aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose the Data on request of the Public Authorities.

Users’ Exercise of Their Rights

Personal Data Owners have the right at any moment of obtaining a confirmation of the existence of their Personal Data in the hands of the Data Controller, to be informed of its contents and origin, to verify whether it is correct, or to request integration, cancellation, update, amendment, transformation into anonymous format or blocking of Personal Data processed in violation of the law, and of opposing such processing in any case, for legitimate reasons. Requests should be addresses to the Data Controller.

Data subjects have the right to make a complaint to the competent reference Authorities in the Member State in which they habitually reside or work or in the State in which the presumed breach has occurred.

Changes to the Present Privacy Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to the present Privacy Policy at any moment, publicising such changes to Users on the present page.
