In their chapter, the three lawyers examine Italy’s introduction of Legislative Decree 211/2025, which transposes EU Directive 2024/1226. The new legislation establishes criminal penalties for those who continue to maintain economic relations with sanctioned entities in breach of the restrictive measures adopted by the European Union.
