Born in Milan on 12 February 1993, Benedetta Falini graduated in Law at the University of Milan.
After her traineeship at the Counter Terrorism Office of the Courts of Milan (Ufficio Giudiziario del Dipartimento Antiterrorismo della Procura della Repubblica di Milano), she joined Studio Isolabella in 2021, gaining professional expertise by working on criminal cases focussing on the protection of the environment, taxation and corporate law.
Currently, she is focussing mainly on environmental criminal law and on proceedings for offences against the Public Administration and against individuals. Among the latter, a number of international court cases have enabled her to accrue her knowledge of European law.
